Why AUTO CORE SYSTEM

Engineers who build, not consultants who advise.

Not a platform to migrate into. Not a consultancy that hands you a slide deck.

Who you'll work with

You'll be working with the people who build it.

Specialist teams across automation engineering, AI development, integrations and support — with one point of contact who stays with your project from first call to handover.

Specialist teams, one point of contact

Automation · AI · Integrations · Support

Auto Core System is a full agency organised into departments, each specialising in its own area — workflow automation, AI development, system integrations, document and data processing, and ongoing support. Your project is scoped and built by the people who actually work in that discipline.

What we don’t do is hand you off to an account manager who doesn’t know your system. You get a single point of contact who stays with the project throughout, with the right specialist team behind them. Clients consistently mention responsiveness and direct communication — that’s the reason why.

Why automation, why now

Manual work doesn't scale. Your best people shouldn't have to either.

Every hour your team spends re-typing data, chasing status updates, or copy-pasting between systems is an hour they're not spending on the work that actually grows the business. Automation isn't about replacing people — it's about giving them their time back.

How we work

From first call to a workflow running in production.

The same six stages, every time — no multi-quarter discovery phase before you see anything real.

01 — Discovery & Analysis

Map the opportunity

We start by understanding your business processes, pain points, and goals — identifying the automation opportunities that deliver the most impact.

1–2 weeksDelivers: Process audit, time-loss analysis, solution blueprint
02 — Solution Design

Architect the system

We map out exactly how it should work, including the tricky edge cases, before writing anything — you sign off on the plan before we build.

1–2 weeksDelivers: A clear plan, diagrams showing how it works, and next steps
03 — Development & Testing

Build & stress-test

We build the automation and test it rigorously against your real data, not a demo dataset, to confirm it holds up before going live.

2–4 weeksDelivers: Working automation, test results, edge-case handling
04 — Deployment & Training

Launch & hand off

We handle the launch and walk your team through exactly how it works, so nobody's guessing on day one.

~1 weekDelivers: Live deployment, team walkthrough, full documentation
05 — Monitoring & Support

Keep it running

Every workflow ships with logging and alerting, and we stay available to fix what breaks before your customers ever notice.

OngoingDelivers: Uptime monitoring, alerting, ongoing support
06 — Scale & Expand

Grow what works

As the first workflow proves out, we help you extend automation to the next process and the next team.

OngoingDelivers: Additional workflows, expanded integrations

Our commitment

Every engagement comes with real accountability — if a workflow isn't performing as scoped, we keep working it until it does, at no extra charge.

Exactly what applies to your business depends on your industry and setup — we'll walk through the specifics on the call.

How pricing works

You'll know the price before any work starts.

We don't publish fixed prices, because a single automation and a full operations overhaul aren't the same job. Here's how we actually charge.

Fixed-scope projects

We quote a specific price for a specific, agreed scope after understanding what you need. You approve that number before work begins — not an hourly meter running in the background.

You own the result

On full payment, the workflows, logic, and documentation built for you are yours. Keep them, extend them, or hand them to your own team. There's no licence fee to keep using what you paid for.

Maintenance is optional

Support plans exist if you want us actively watching and updating things. They're never required — the system works without us, by design.

Third-party costs (platform subscriptions, AI usage) are usually billed to you directly by those providers, so you're never paying us a markup on someone else's service. We'll flag any of these before you commit.
