- Conduct phishing or credential theft
- Impersonate individuals, businesses, or organizations
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software
- Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data
- Circumvent authentication or security controls
- Exploit software vulnerabilities without appropriate authorization
- Conduct unauthorized security testing
- Conduct denial-of-service or other disruptive attacks
- Conduct unlawful surveillance
- Collect personal information without appropriate authorization
- Sell, distribute, or misuse stolen personal information
- Violate applicable privacy or data-protection laws
- Infringe intellectual-property rights
- Violate copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights
- Send unlawful or abusive spam
- Conduct unauthorized bulk messaging
- Circumvent email-provider or communication-platform restrictions
- Manipulate or abuse third-party APIs
- Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
- Evade platform enforcement mechanisms
- Create or distribute deceptive automated content
- Facilitate illegal financial activity
- Facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing
- Facilitate the sale or distribution of illegal goods or services
- Facilitate illegal gambling activities
- Facilitate unlawful trafficking or exploitation
- Create systems intended to cause physical harm
- Facilitate unlawful weapons-related activity
- Use automation to intentionally disrupt another person's business or systems
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of Auto Core System's infrastructure
3. Unauthorized Access
You may not use our services to access systems, accounts, databases, APIs, networks, or other resources without proper authorization.
You must have appropriate permission before connecting an automation to a third-party system.
4. Personal Data
You must not use our services to process personal information in violation of applicable privacy or data-protection laws.
Where our services process personal information on your behalf, you are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have an appropriate legal basis for processing
- You have provided required privacy notices
- You have obtained required permissions or consent
- You have appropriate authority to connect the relevant systems
- Your instructions to Auto Core System are lawful

5. Email and Messaging
Our services may be used to automate business communications.
You must not use our services to send communications that violate applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.
This includes prohibited practices such as:
- Unlawful spam
- Phishing
- Deceptive messages
- Fraudulent communications
- Malicious links
- Unauthorized impersonation
- Credential harvesting
- Sending messages to unlawfully obtained contact lists
You are responsible for ensuring that recipient lists and communication practices comply with applicable requirements.
6. AI Usage
AI-enabled services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
You must not intentionally use our AI-enabled services to generate or facilitate:
- Fraudulent content
- Phishing material
- Malware
- Credential theft
- Unauthorized access
- Deceptive impersonation
- Illegal activity
- Harmful automated attacks
- Other prohibited activities described in this Policy
AI systems may also be subject to additional restrictions imposed by the relevant AI provider.
7. Third-Party Platforms
When using our services with third-party platforms, you must comply with the applicable third party's:
- Terms of service
- Acceptable use policies
- API requirements
- Privacy requirements
- Rate limits
- Security requirements
- Content policies
Auto Core System will not intentionally build or configure systems for the purpose of circumventing legitimate restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
8. Intellectual Property
You may not use our services to unlawfully copy, distribute, modify, or exploit third-party intellectual property.
You are responsible for ensuring that content, data, software, documents, images, recordings, or other materials supplied to Auto Core System may lawfully be used for the intended project.
9. Security Testing
Security testing may be performed only where the user or client has appropriate authorization from the owner of the relevant system.
Auto Core System services may not be used to conduct unauthorized:
- Penetration testing
- Vulnerability scanning
- Exploitation
- Credential testing
- Network scanning
- System access
- Security research against third-party systems
Authorized security work should be clearly defined in writing before commencement.
10. Circumvention
You may not use Auto Core System services to bypass or defeat:
- Authentication
- Access controls
- Security mechanisms
- API restrictions
- Usage limits
- Subscription restrictions
- Platform enforcement
- Geographic restrictions where prohibited
- Technical safeguards
11. Abuse of Infrastructure
You may not intentionally interfere with the availability, performance, or security of:
- Auto Core System systems
- Third-party systems
- APIs
- Networks
- Websites
- Servers
- Databases
- Automation platforms
You may not intentionally generate excessive traffic or requests designed to degrade or disrupt a service.
12. Monitoring and Investigation
Auto Core System may monitor activity reasonably necessary to:
- Maintain security
- Detect abuse
- Prevent fraud
- Investigate violations
- Protect infrastructure
- Comply with legal obligations
- Enforce agreements
We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
13. Suspension or Termination
If we reasonably believe that a user or client has violated this Policy, we may:
- Request corrective action
- Restrict access
- Suspend services
- Disable affected workflows
- Terminate services
- Remove or restrict access to affected systems
- Take other reasonable measures necessary to protect our services, users, clients, or third parties
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice before taking action.
