By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. AI-Generated Outputs
Our services may use artificial intelligence technologies provided by third parties, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Groq, and other AI providers.
AI-generated outputs may contain:
- Errors
- Inaccurate information
- Outdated information
- Incomplete information
- Misinterpretations
- Hallucinations
- Incorrect classifications
- Unexpected responses
- Biased or inappropriate outputs
AI-generated information should therefore be reviewed and validated by an appropriately qualified person where accuracy is important.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Auto Core System does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate, complete, reliable, unbiased, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, AI outputs are provided as part of an automated technology system and should not be treated as guaranteed factual, professional, legal, medical, financial, accounting, or regulatory advice.
3. Human Oversight
Clients are responsible for determining whether human review is appropriate for their particular workflow.
For business-critical, financial, legal, medical, employment, compliance, security, or other high-impact processes, appropriate human oversight should be implemented unless the parties have expressly agreed to a different arrangement.
4. Automation Limitations
Automation systems operate according to their configuration, available data, connected services, APIs, and other technical conditions.
An automation may fail or behave unexpectedly because of:
- Incorrect input data
- Missing information
- API errors
- API changes
- Authentication failures
- Rate limits
- Third-party outages
- Software updates
- Network failures
- Configuration changes
- Service restrictions
- Unexpected edge cases
- Changes made by the client or another third party
Auto Core System will make reasonable efforts to build reliable and appropriately tested systems but cannot guarantee that an automation will operate continuously or without errors indefinitely.
5. Third-Party Services
Our solutions may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, software, hosting providers, AI providers, communication services, databases, CRM systems, and other technologies.
Third-party services are outside our direct control.
Auto Core System is not responsible for losses resulting solely from:
- Third-party outages
- API changes
- Service discontinuation
- Pricing changes
- Rate limits
- Account restrictions
- Third-party security incidents
- Third-party policy changes
- Changes to third-party functionality
Where a third-party change requires additional development work, such work may be treated as maintenance or additional billable work depending on the applicable agreement.
6. AI Provider Processing
Where a workflow uses an external AI provider, information processed by that AI provider may be subject to the provider's own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data-processing arrangements.
The AI providers used in a particular project may be identified in the applicable project documentation or agreement.
Clients should not provide or authorize the processing of information through an AI service unless they have determined that doing so is appropriate and lawful for their use case.
7. No Guaranteed Business Results
Automation and AI technology may improve efficiency and reduce manual work, but Auto Core System does not guarantee specific business outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.
We do not guarantee:
- Increased revenue
- Increased profits
- Increased leads
- Increased conversion rates
- Specific cost savings
- Specific return on investment
- Increased productivity
- Guaranteed customer acquisition
- Guaranteed business growth
Examples, estimates, projections, demonstrations, and case studies are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for:
- Reviewing important outputs
- Validating business-critical information
- Maintaining appropriate human oversight
- Maintaining third-party accounts
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining appropriate permissions
- Complying with applicable laws
- Ensuring that automated communications are lawful
- Ensuring that connected systems are authorized for use
9. High-Risk Uses
Clients should not rely solely on automated or AI-generated outputs for decisions involving significant legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, or similarly high-impact consequences without appropriate safeguards and human review.
Where a project is intended for a regulated or high-risk environment, the applicable requirements should be specifically documented in the relevant agreement.
10. Security
No software system, AI system, API, or internet-connected automation can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Auto Core System will use reasonable security practices appropriate to the agreed services.
Clients remain responsible for the security of systems and accounts under their control.
11. Changes to AI Technology
AI models, providers, APIs, pricing, capabilities, limitations, and policies may change over time.
A workflow that operates correctly at the time of delivery may require modification following changes to an AI provider or other third-party service.
Such modifications may be treated as maintenance or additional development unless otherwise included in the applicable agreement.
12. No Professional Advice
Auto Core System provides technology and automation services.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our services do not constitute:
- Legal advice
- Medical advice
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Accounting advice
- Tax advice
- Regulatory advice
- Professional advice of any other kind
Clients should consult appropriately qualified professionals where such advice is required.
13. Acceptance of Risk
By using an AI-enabled or automated solution provided by Auto Core System, the client acknowledges that automation and AI technologies involve inherent technical risks and limitations.
The client agrees to use appropriate safeguards and oversight appropriate to its business and the nature of the automated process.
